Welcome. I think that this section exists largely because I want to mess around with HTML/CSS without messing up the main section of the site. Having said that, I have written a few little utilities and will be uploading them in the (hopefully) near future.
I don't consider myself to be an expert on HTML or CSS and have had great difficulty in producing web pages that will render correctly in a variety of browsers. For the main section of the site I concentrated on Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. I wanted the site to work in Firefox as it is my current browser of choice, and Internet Explorer because it is still the browser of the majority (although I only had version 6 available for my testing). For my section of the site I'm focusing on Firefox but will test a little bit in IE.
